Terms & Conditions — btjdb Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the entire relationship between btjdb (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "the Platform", or "btjdb") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses or uses the btjdb website at btjdb.net and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, and services offered therein.

btjdb is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for and primarily serving the Bangladeshi market. All services are offered in English. All account balances, transaction amounts, wagering requirements, deposit limits and promotional values are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These Terms may be updated from time to time at btjdb's sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the btjdb website. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

Where any conflict arises between these general Terms and the specific rules of a particular game, promotion or service offered on btjdb, the specific rules of that game, promotion or service shall take precedence in respect of that specific matter only.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the btjdb platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's btjdb Account at any given time, denominated in BDT (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Real Money Wager" means any wager placed using funds from a Player's real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds).
• "Platform" means the btjdb website, mobile site and any associated applications through which games, betting markets and account services are accessed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process btjdb uses to confirm a Player's identity, age and eligibility.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In order to open an account and use the btjdb platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant or immediate family member of an employee of btjdb or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or payment partners.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of btjdb is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be of sound mind and acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that you have previously requested on btjdb or any other gambling platform.

btjdb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by btjdb will result in account suspension pending verification, during which time deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable.

Where btjdb has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all transactions processed during the period of potential underage use will be reversed. Any deposits made by a person found to be under 18 will be returned via the original payment method. No winnings generated during a period of suspected underage gambling will be paid out under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) btjdb account. Creating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, shared payment methods, shared device identifiers, shared IP addresses or any other technical indicator — all associated accounts will be suspended, and any balances, bonuses or winnings across those accounts may be forfeited at btjdb's discretion.

During registration, you are required to choose a unique username and a strong password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. btjdb will never ask you to disclose your password to any member of its support team or any other party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify btjdb support immediately via live chat.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

btjdb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage gambling. You may be required to complete KYC verification at registration, before your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative transaction thresholds, or at any other time at btjdb's discretion.

• Identity Verification: A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (NID, passport or driving licence).
• Address Verification: A utility bill, bank statement or other official document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed securely and handled in accordance with btjdb's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to complete payment processing.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your btjdb account, whether or not you authorised it, except where such activity results directly from a breach of security on btjdb's infrastructure. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, access another player's account, or allow any third party to use your account to place wagers.

btjdb recommends that you use a unique, strong password consisting of a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters, and that you do not use the same password on any other website or service.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

btjdb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and other Bangladeshi bank transfer options as may be made available on the platform from time to time.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your btjdb account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
• btjdb does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their terms of service. Any such fees are the responsibility of the Player.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
• btjdb reserves the right to decline any deposit or to apply additional verification checks before crediting deposited funds, particularly where fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering checks are triggered.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your btjdb account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be placed on hold until verification is confirmed.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once are subject to a processing review. btjdb reserves the right to apply a standard processing fee to withdrawal requests that appear to involve deposited funds returned without any gaming activity.
• btjdb reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation, without prior notice.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

btjdb offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms which are displayed in full at the point of opt-in. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on btjdb unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is displayed in the promotion details page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on btjdb contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50% or 0%). Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will expire and be removed from the player's account without replacement.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per hand is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any winnings generated while the bonus was active.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If a new deposit bonus is accepted before a previous bonus has been completed, the previous bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Opt-In Requirement: Most promotions require explicit opt-in before a qualifying deposit is made. Retroactive bonus claims on deposits made without prior opt-in will not be accepted.
• Bonus Abuse: btjdb reserves the right to withhold bonus payments, void winnings, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements at reduced risk, or participating in coordinated bonus farming with other players.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the btjdb platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and/or permanent account closure, at btjdb's sole discretion.

6.1 General User Obligations

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information to btjdb at all times, including during registration and during any KYC verification process.
• You must keep your account login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must only use the btjdb platform for personal, recreational gambling purposes. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, systematic data gathering or any automated activity is prohibited.
• You must inform btjdb promptly if your personal details change — including your name (following a legal name change), residential address, or contact information.
• You must play responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on btjdb, including deposit limits and session reminders, if you feel your gambling activity is becoming excessive.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btjdb and will result in immediate account action:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on btjdb, whether in your own name or under any alias, is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or providing false payment information is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Money Laundering: Using btjdb to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or any other form of match manipulation — is prohibited.
• Cheating Software: Using any software, bot, automated tool, artificial intelligence, screen reader exploit, or other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited.
• Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory or offensive language towards any btjdb support agent or other platform user is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug, miscalculation or technical malfunction in any game or payment system to gain an advantage is prohibited. Any winnings generated through a demonstrable system error are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

btjdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age at any point.
• Abusive conduct directed at btjdb staff or other users.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request made by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Funds may be forfeited where the account closure is directly attributable to fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse or violation of anti-money-laundering obligations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their btjdb account may do so at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements being met.

7.1 Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request self-exclusion through btjdb's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts closed for the duration of the selected exclusion period (ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, btjdb will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account or accessing the platform. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btjdb's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your btjdb account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btjdb shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings (other than those directly resulting from btjdb's proven error), indirect losses, consequential losses, special losses, or punitive damages, even if btjdb has been advised of the possibility of such losses. btjdb is not liable for any loss resulting from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond btjdb's reasonable control.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to a third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or any Bangladeshi bank).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decision made by a player to accept or decline a bonus offer, or any consequence arising from the acceptance of a bonus that affects withdrawal eligibility.
• Any technical error in a third-party game that results in an incorrect display of odds, game state or outcome, where such error has been acknowledged and corrected by the game provider.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a game session being interrupted or a bet being placed incorrectly.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude btjdb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
